How do you order from me?

There are two ways you can order Stampin’ Up! products from me:

  • I can place your order for you
  • You can place your order through my Online Store

I love taking orders from my customers in person, over the phone or via email.  This allows me to ask questions about the projects you may be working on to help to make sure you have everything you need.  I can also make suggestions about other products that work well with the ones you’re ordering.  I may also catch a mistake or oversight in your order.  Sometimes a customer will order a stamp set and a punch and not realize that those items are available in a bundle at a 15% discount.  If a new customer orders a clear mount stamp, I’ll ask if they already have an acrylic block.  If they order embossing powders, I’ll ask if they have the Embossing Buddy (a must have for embossing :-).   I’ll also let you know if  you are close to earning Hostess Rewards or if there are other specials you might want to take advantage of.

Some of my customers prefer the convenience of shopping online and placing their orders themselves through my Online Store.  The link to my store is to the right, just click on the “Order Online” link.  You’ll know that you’re at my store because at the top left, it’ll say:  “You’re shopping with Brenda Keenan.”  😉  If it’s your first time shopping online with me, you’ll need to create an account.  If you’ve already done that, then just sign in and start shopping!  Now I won’t be there to guide you with your purchases but I am still available if you have any questions – I’m only a phone call or email away!

If you’re shopping online, make sure to check out the Clearance Rack items – GREAT deals to be had!  Make sure to also keep track of your ordering total as you’ll earn Hostess Rewards once your shopping cart reaches $150 (before tax and shipping).  During Sale-a-bration, you’ll also earn a free item from the Sale-a-bration brochure with every $50 in product ordered.

Lastly, before you check out, you’ll see a couple of options and one of them asks your permission for the demonstrator to contact you.  It’s OK if you prefer I don’t contact you but it also means your information (name, email, etc…) is not visible to me and I cannot follow up with you to make sure your order is OK.  I also won’t have your address which means I can’t send you a free catalog or maybe a really cute hand-stamped card 🙁   If you have placed an online order with me before and never heard from me, it’s likely that I can’t see your information for that reason.   So if you don’t hear from me, please send me an email and let me know you placed an online order so I can provide better customer service.  I will definitely send you a cute card for your time 🙂
