Clean and simple card

This clean and simple card is our make-n-take for Monday, July 29th, at Cottage Crafts in San Jose:
(This is a slight variation of a card I saw online from Linda Schnabel)

What makes this card clean and simple?  The lines are straight, no torn edges.  The white and black really make the soft color of Pool Party pop.  The straight edges of the hexagons compliment the straight lines of the cardstock.  Basically, it’s not too fussy but also not too plain:-)

Stamps:  Six Sided Hexagon
Ink:  Black Stazon, Pool Party, Pear Pizzazz
Paper:  Whisper White, Pool Party, Basic Black, Subtles Paper Stack
Accessories:  Old Olive 1/8 Taffeta ribbon, Itty Bitty Punch Pack, Rhinestones, Hexagon Punch, Dimensionals

I’ll be at the store tomorrow from 11:30-1:30pm.  Come join me for the make-n-take and you’ll learn a quick tip on how to easily curl the small flowers 🙂

So what do you think makes a clean and simple card?
