Watercolored Manhattan Flowers

My apologies for the delay in posting – our family has been dealing with a nasty 24 bug, one at a time 🙁  But I’m back now and wanted to share some watercolored cards with you 🙂
I made this first card about a year ago and never got around to offering it as a class.  I recently found it again and thought it would be fun to create a video tutorial which you can see at my new YouTube channel:
I believe the first one uses Calypso Coral and So Saffron inks to watercolor the roses.

This one might be my favorite and uses Marina Mist and Midnight Muse.

This last one uses Pretty in Pink and Rich Razzleberry.

The watercolor paper is embossed with the Manhattan Flowers Embossing Folder and Big Shot.  An Aquapainter is used to watercolor inside the embossed lines.  A sanding block can be used to lightly sand the raided edges to remove any ink.  They’re pretty, huh?

Which one is your favorite?

Hope you enjoy the video too 🙂

Take care!
