Oh, Hello vintage card
Don’t you just love all the little details that give this card a vintage feel? You can dye the little flower but I chose to leave it Vanilla as I didn’t want it to compete with the blue flowers in the paper. I also inked up the flower image using markers (Lucky Limeade and Island Indigo) but stamped off once on scratch paper before stamping it over the greeting. This gives a softer, lighter shade behind the bold image of the greeting. Stampin’ Up! offers a matching Large Scallop Edgelit that will trim the embossed scallop edge at the bottom but I wanted to do a little “fussy cutting” and trimmed it with scissors instead.
