Grinch Gift Bag

Here’s a fun little Grinch Gift bag similar to one I made last year (http://keenankreations.blogspot.com/2010/12/grinch-bag.html).  This project was inspired by Jen Hutchins at http://dysongirl76.blogspot.com/2009/12/what-do-you-do-for-grinch-in-your-life.html.  I couldn’t find my stamp for the greeting (from the Tags Till Christmas set) so I printed the saying from the computer onto cardstock.

Face:  Old Olive cardstock die-cut with the Top Note die (mouth is drawn with a black marker).  Eyes: Certainly Celery cardstock punched with the 1 3/8″ Circle Punch and Real Red cardstock punched with the circle shape from the Itty Bitty Punch Pack.
Eyebrows:  Basic Black cardstock punched with the Word Window punch.
Hat:  Real Red cardstock die-cut with the Pennants die (largest triangle)
Hat trim:  Whisper White cardstock punched with the 1″ Circle punch, Whisper White cardstock 1″ x 4″ and corners rounded with the Corner Rounder

The greeting is printed on Whisper White cardstock and punched with the Decorative Label punch and tied to the bag with the Gumball Green Sweater Trim.  Yes, I know the ribbon isn’t the same color green as the Grinch but sometimes it’s OK not to be too matchy-matchy :-)

Happy Stamping!

Brenda :-)
