Stampin’ Up! "Snowflake Soiree"

Here’s a project for my December Stamp Camp:

I love non-traditional colors for holiday cards and since Wisteria Wonder is retiring in May, I thought I give it a try.  The snowflakes from “Snowflake Soiree” are stamped in Versamark on Whisper White cardstock and then embossed with White Embossing Powder (don’t forget to use the Embossing Buddy first :-).  A Stamping Sponge is used to add Wisteria Wonder ink across the embossed images.  The trick for getting a soft application of ink is to load up the sponge with ink and then rub in a soft, circular motion beginning in the center of the snowflakes and working your way out.  Tie a knot with the White Organza Ribbon and add Rhinestones to the Snowflake centers.

Stamps:  Snowflake Soiree
Ink:  Wisteria Wonder, Versamark
Paper:  Wisteria Wonder, Whisper White
Accessories:  White Embossing Powder, White Organza Ribbon, Rhinestones, Stampin’ Sponges

Happy Stamping!

Brenda 🙂
