I finally figured out an easier way to create the moon! Usually, I punch the shape from a Post-it-note and place it on the cardstock, slightly overlapping the image. Then I would carefully sponge my inks being careful not to shift the mask. Sometimes though, the mask would shift and my moon would get inked by mistake. So now, this is what I do:

Stamp the images on Whisper White cardstock. Punch out where you want the moon to be with the 1 3/8″ Circle Punch being sure to overlap one of the images. Set the punched out moon to the side. Use the Stampin’ Sponges to layer your inks for a beautiful sunset. Adhere to the front of your card and then add the punched out moon back to the opening. It fits perfectly and the moon is as white as white can be 🙂
