Good Neighbors Samples

I’m off to Stampin’ Up!’s Leadership tomorrow but wanted to post some samples using the new “Good Neighbors” stamp set available from the Sale-a-bration Mini catalog:

I was trying to come up with different ideas for the house and moving seemed obvious but I think the turtle is unexpected 🙂 Fun, huh?

I thought the little hearts on the doors made this a fun Valentine’s card. Notice the first two trees are a little slanted – I decided that was OK as there are several slanted trees in my neighborhood 🙂 I did have to fight the urge to re-stamp that piece, though, but I’m trying to not give in to my “Virgo with a little OCD” tendencies 🙂

I love this box idea using two of the “Box #2” die cut boxes to make a little basket. The houses are stamped in Craft Chocolate Chip ink and embossed with Clear Embossing powder. It doesn’t show in the photo but the houses are popped up on dimensionals.

I love “Season of Friendship” and thought it would be cute to cut the large house down and make it a birdhouse. I didn’t want to cut each flower out so I used the “Trio Flower” punch and it was pretty darn close to the same shape and a whole lot faster 🙂
