December Stamp-a-stack projects
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! My turkey is in the oven (it finally did thaw out :-), my husband is golfing and my teenage boys are still sleeping! So I have time to post some samples for my December events 🙂
These projects are for my Stamp-a-Stack next weekend:
The first card uses one of my oldest sets, Lovely as a Tree. It’s stamped in Night of Navy Craft ink on Bashful Blue cardstock, embossed with Heat-n-stick powder then dipped in Dazzling Diamaonds glitter. I used the flat edge of the Two-way Glue Pen to add more glitter around the edges.
The snowman card (also shown in the previous post 🙂 was inspired by Lorri Heiling whose card can be seen here: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1115154?cat=14265
I used the snowman from Deer Friends and the jumbo Snow wheel on Bashful Blue cardstock. There’s glittler on the snowflakes and around the snowman.
This is one of my favorites! I just love the clean and simple look of it. There are lots of cards online with this idea but I was inspired by the one created by Aly Schilling which can be viewed at http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1071751?cat=14655&sorttime=all&sortby=v&way=desc
I embossed the snowflakes from Snow Swirled in White EP on Kiwi Kiss and Riding Hood Red cardstock, punched out with the 1 3/4″ and 1 3/8″ Circle punches, added Silver Brads and Cord and popped up on Dimensionals. Striped Kiwi Kiss ribbon finishes it off 🙂
This is a card I’d done a few years ago – so quick and easy. The trees (from Lovely as a Tree 🙂 are stamped in Always Artichoke a few times before reinking, the edges of the cardstock are sponged and a little Dazzling Diamonds Glitter is added with the Two-way glue pen.
A quick and easy gift card holder for last minute gifts. Uses the already cut and scored Gift Notes II, Bella Rose DSP and Deer Friends stamp set. Cute, huh?
