August Stamp Camp projects

Here are 4 of my projects for my stamp camps in August. I still need to come up with a 5th one, any ideas?

This first one was one of my swaps for convention using the Dreams de Jour and Heard from the Heart stamp sets. The middle ribbon is paper punched with our Scallop Border punch to look like ric-rac, cute huh? Original idea for the paper ribbon came from Julie Davison at http://juliedavison.blogspot.com/2008/07/ric-rac-with-scallop-edge-punch.html It also uses the “Bella Rose” Designer Series paper and is layered on our new Kiwi Kiss cardstock. The middle image is embossed with White embossing powder, trimmed and layered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

This card was shamelessly cased from “muddflapmomma” whose card can be seen at http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/978735?cat=14261 I tied my ribbon a little differenly and layered it on Close to Cocoa.

Isn’t this card pretty? I LOVE this new set, “Inspired by Nature”. It was one of the free sets we received at convention. The grass and sentiment are stamped in Versamark and the flowers are stamped in White Craft ink. Add the White Taffeta ribbon and you’re done! That is truly a “5 minute” card 🙂 I’m going to make a pile of these in different colors and package them as gifts for my hostesses 🙂

This uses another new set, Flight of the Butterfly, that we got at convention. Very simply stamped but the Clear-embossed flowers give it a nice background.
