July Stamp Camp projects

Here are the projects for my stamp camps this month:

The first one uses “Carte Postale” and the coordinating “Leaves a la Carte” which are retiring August 10th. The images are stamped on Shimmery White cardstock and the little flower in the center is trimmed and popped up with a dimensional.

This card uses another retiring set called “Eat Cake”. The presents are stamped randomly on Whisper White cardstock then embossed with “Heat-n-stick” powder and Dazzling Diamonds glitter. There’s a little tutorial for using “Heat-n-stick” at http://www.stampinup.com/us/enu/4294.asp

This card was cased with slight changes from Andrea Hayes whose original can be seen at http://www.stampinmoments.com/2008/05/lady-bug-lady-bug.html

The flower petals are stamped and then dry-embossed using the coordinating brass stencil.

This card was also cased from Andrea Hayes whose original can be seen at http://www.stampinmoments.com/2008/05/flower-vases.html

The vases are punched with the Large Oval Punch and the top and bottom are snipped to make the shape of a vase. The same color ink is sponged on the left sides and White Craft ink is sponged on the right. Going Grey is sponged in the background to give a shadow behind the vases.

This card was cased from “sabastedo” whose original can be seen at http://www.stampinmoments.com/2008/05/flower-vases.html
The sea shells are stamped with Craft Blush Blossom and embossed with Clear Embossing powder. Ink is sponged on and they are trimmed and tucked into the “sand”. The sand is simply Very Vanilla cardstock torn and sponged with ink. Dazzling Diamonds glitter is added to the edges. White Craft ink is sponged to give the look of clouds on the Soft Sky cardstock.
