More About Me
I have been a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator since 2001 and love teaching others the art of rubber stamping and paper crafting. I hold classes and workshops in my home and hope to offer them online very soon! I have a very supportive husband, two grown boys, two dogs and two cats. I have earned every Stampin’ Up! incentive trip since 2007 and placed in the top 100 demonstrators in 4 out of the last 5 years. It’s so simple to create these Paper Pumpkins – perfect for fall decorating! I used the “Color Me Autumn” Designer Series Paper from the Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog (page 41) and cut the 12″ x 12″ paper into 1″ x 6″ strips. Stack 6 strips at a time and punch a hole at each end (about 1/4″ from the edge) with the 1/8″ Circle Handheld Punch. Repeat for the other 6 strips (you’ll need 12 total for each pumpkin) and then stack all 12 strips and add a brad at each end. Here’s a step-by-step tutorial for creating these adorable Curled Paper Wreaths using a 12″ styrofoam wreath, a hot glue gun and about a 1/2 pack of Stampin’ Up!’s designer series paper.

I know it’s still August but it’s not too early to start thinking about holiday decorations and isn’t this Holiday banner beautiful?! (Even with the backwards “y” 😉 Almost all of the supplies for this holiday banner are from the Holiday Catalog – I added some Silver Glimmer Paper, Silver Dazzling Details and White Organza ribbon. This was my first banner, ever, and it was really easy using the “Build a Banner Simply Created Kit” and the “Christmas Banner Simply Created Accessory Kit.” I also made one for Halloween which can be seen at http://www.keenankreations.com/2013/08/fun-halloween-banner.html.
